goals

Develop messaging for a multi-channel marketing campaign that reinforces the brand identity, resonates with the target audience, effectively communicating the brand’s value proposition, and drives sales.

obstacles

The brand found itself needing to develop an effective and efficient workflow process to release content and ensure that it remained relevant and timely in the fast-paced digital landscape. Plus, identify the tools and resources needed to maintain consistent quality across all content pieces.

strategy

We began identifying the key messages that communicated the brand story, resonated with the brand’s target audience, and most importantly, drove action. The next stage involved writing and visual development and mapping out the workflow and systems that work best with the team. Lastly, we identified KPI’s for monitoring the campaign so that A/B testing and engagement could be effectively tracked.
